What's included in the initial support?

Setup includes launch and handover. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, support and measured improvement are covered by the required monthly or annual service.

Can I upgrade from one package to another?

Absolutely. If you start with a website and later need to add automation or a platform, we can extend the scope and adjust pricing accordingly.

How does annual billing work?

Annual service is billed upfront at ten times the monthly price, so you receive twelve months of service for the price of ten.

What if I'm not happy after launch?

The agreed acceptance criteria are checked before launch. After launch, the ongoing service covers monitoring, support and the agreed improvement capacity.

Can I buy setup without ongoing service?

No. A live business system needs ownership after launch, so every setup checkout includes either monthly service or the discounted annual service.
